Imaginary Isopod Anatomy Breakdown

My final project for the creature design class that I took. I was in the mood for exoskeletons, so I made a fictional marine isopod.
It is social, living in small colonies in coral reefs. Females stay with their colony and care for eggs collectively, while males leave their birth colony once grown (to prevent inbreeding). Their long pleopods form a paddle-like tail, and they swim kind of like dolphins.
